Paolo and his wife Barbara came to Ariccia from Sardinia 18 years ago. They opened a small caffè that has since turned into a flourishing bistro caffè that is a central place in Ariccia to meet with friends and share stories. Paolo opened his caffè with his passion for good coffee, good food, and friendliness. Select coffee blends, specialty coffees with different extractions, and cold brew are all offered at Antico Caffè di fa Paolo, as well as gourmet espresso and dishes with a selection of artisanal Sardinian products. Paolo is always training to improve and give the best of both coffee and hospitality. 

 

In addition to creating a caffè with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere, Paolo and Barbara offer exhibitions, readings, and workshops at their shop. They want to promote culture and and awareness of good quality food to all who want to learn.
